Common Agricultural Policy Reform (2013)

The 2013 Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) reform responded to new challenges facing the CAP, including climate change, animal welfare, and food safety. This policy document on HNV farming was a joint publication between EFNCP, BirdLife International, Butterfly Conservation Europe, and WWF. It proposed a system of payments to promote a more environmentally and economically sustainable farming model for Europe.
