Tender Opportunity Delivering Natural Flood Management Works on Brant Fell Common, near Sedbergh.

The contract includes the following principal activities:
Detailed Design for the proposed Natural Flood Management Works including acting as Principal Designer (with Reference to CDM Regs).
Deliver the proposed Natural Flood Management Works, either
directly delivering works in-house
acting as Principal Contractor (with Reference to CDM Regs)
Project Management of Capital Works including appointing, managing and directing the work of Subcontractors if this approach is taken.
Stakeholder Engagement during the works and as part of the handover following the completion of works.
Production of an end of project report including proposals for ongoing monitoring of the works.
