Video Diary : Feeding the flock in Winter, Yorkshire Dales

It may be summer now, and a time for making hay, but thinking back to winter reminds us just how important it is for a hill farmer to gather in a good crop of feed for the animals. In this short film, Will Dawson takes us out to the snow-covered fields above Bleak Bank farm to feed the flock, using the hay that’s been gathered in during the summer. Join him on this crisp winter’s day, tending the sheep and looking over the valley from the flanks of Ingleborough.
